2010 3455sa topper

Gotta ask my fellow Montana 2010 3455sa owners , if any of you have a topper on your kitchen Galley slide . The dealer we got ours from said the flange on that slide is above the fridge vent , but they were not sure if it would hold on that flange alone . Huh ! it has 4 slides and you could only do 3 ? any thoughts on this ! seen many online photos showing toppers on the galley slide.

thanks

bill

On our 2008 3400RL we had a cover on the kitchen slide and it was like all the other 3 on the unit. It worked fine.

I have a 2011 3455sa and have toppers on all slides. The one on that slide is mounted on the upper trim and is fine. The only issue is that when the rail on the camper was mounted for that slide it should have been moved up so there is more pitch to the topper.

If you have them installed make sure the rails mounted to the camper are as high as possible so water will not collect on the toppers.

The topper on the large slide always collects water and I am not sure if that is even avoidable because of its size.
