Level Up 6 point System..Returning to hitch height

Upon leaving my campsite yesterday after retracting the jacks I hit the left and right buttons to return to hitch height and the system told me the "Feature Disabled". When we purchased our 2015 Montana this feature was not enabled I called Lippert and they gave me a sequence of buttons to push to enable the feature, it has worked perfectly ever since. Unfortunately I can't recall the sequence, has anyone had this issue and can remember the remedy? Before anyone asks, today I sent Lippert an email asking for assistance and am waiting for a reply. Thanks in advance for any help!

The "Feature Disabled" message is not uncommon. The design of the system is such that the "Return to Unhitch" position *ONLY* works if the pin is currently lower than the height of the pin when you unhitched. Some suspicion the designers thought that if the pin is above the hitch height and had to come down you might have the truck parked underneath and break something. But after unhitching and doing an "Auto Level" it immediately drops the nose a bunch, If you haven't moved the truck out before that you could also break something. The logic is not consistent.

There is no need to retract the jacks before performing a "Return to Hitch Height". The system is a pressure equalizing system. A change in the height of the front jacks will cause an opposite reaction of the rear jacks. The system is fairly smart and doesn't allow you to hurt it.

I find that you can do some minor changes/movement of the jacks and the "Return to Hitch" will still function, but if you've changed it too much from the original auto level position it tends to refuse to return to hitch and won't "Retract All" either.
I don't lose any sleep over it and just raise or lower the front to hookup and just manually raise all the Jacks.
