My Keystone had the same problem from date of purchase. Four attempts were made at repairs following suggestions from Keystone. None were successful until Keystone decided to replace the unit over the rear living area. That has solved the leak problem so far.

This seal kit repair did not work on my unit. Replaced the entire unit and that solved the leak problem.

Similar expierance 1st year with our new 77 Montana HC 353RL. The rear Dometic Blizzard leaked from return Air duct. Dealer seemed unaware if issue so I gave them a copy of service bulletin from Heartland describing the same leak on poor design top cover issue and holes needing sealed in housing base of Blizzard unit.
Several visits to dealership and them doing water leak test. The final fix was replacing A/C unit (Keystone approved) with Same type but supposedly updated design. NO LEAKS since Sept. 2017 but keeping my eye on it. Dealer cautioned me the seal may need regular service as they felt arch of roof and the A/C base mismatch may be a factor of poor sealing in future.

I have a 2018 MHC Front living room with a leak dripping from the left return in the back room (bedroom). Been to Camping World three times now and was told every time the leak was fixed but it is still leaking when it rains. Frustrating, Camping World is incompetent and Keystone builds crap for $55,000. My RV has had so many problems Keystone and Camping World should be making the payments since it spends more time getting repaired at Camping Word than on a campground. Wouldn't have another Keystone product if it was free.

Just got my RV back from CW. It too had the same leak at the rear AC unit. They pulled the unit and it wasn't even secured properly. There were wires going under the gasket and the screws weren't sealed. Pretty ridiculous IMO. In total I have had over 15k worth of warranty work done, they should have just done it right the first time !

Following this thread..... we may have the exact same issue with our 2019 HC 331RL. just had it in shop all day yesterday for the exact same fix (still under warranty); too large of a hole in the roof right out of the factory....(2" too large) gasket wasn't even in contact with the roof. We are keeping our fingers crossed for the next rain. "pretty bad when we have to keep our fingers crossed for anything......"

mashth : Sorry for your leak problem. I would have thought by your 2019 unit Keystone would have fixed their ways with the rear AC mounting issues.
Share your experience so others may learn what is happening now. I know it was partly poor gasket contact on many back in the 2016-2018 time frame along with a housing issue permitting water to leak from the Blizzard model AC units.
I certainly do not want to repeat that issue with water leaking in cold air vent again.
Wish you a quick solution.
