Natches Trace
Last year we were travelling on Interstate #40 in Tennessee and got off on highway #840, Exit #175 and found that #840 was not finished all the way to the Natches Trace. Can anyone tell me if that portion of the road has been since finished.

NO it isn't finished. They are playing the lawsuit game over ROW.
