Question Dometic 210 toilet

Has anyone removed the dometic 210 toilet and installed a thetford aqua magic on a 2009 Montana 3400rl or equivalent? Seems that the 210 is maintenance ridden as I am on my 3rd flush valve. If the pressure gets a bit high the flush valve will leak just enough to make it a nuisance after a couple of years use. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
Thanks Ellis

Move up to a better Dometic. Stay away from a Tetford. If you do a search on this site you will find plenty of evidence for my advise.

A new Thetford will be worse than what you have. Go to a Dometic 320 if you have the room or else a 310. People have bee known to insert a Thetford in a dumpster before even being used.

How high is the water pressure? It would be best for your entire plumbing system to keep water pressure no higher than about 60 psi.

Thanks and appreciate the feedback. Will look into the newer type of Dometic toilet.

Using Thetford Aqua Magic

Ouch! We have a 3402 RL and have the Thetford toilet. We have had some issues with leaking valve. I have replace the valve a couple of times and was just going to replace the toilet and found out that I could just replace the bottom half and save the china bowl, seat etc, and save about 1/2 the cost of a replacemenet toilet. It was an easy install and so far is working great. I wanted to do an exact replacement because I knew it would fit my existing location, water lines etc without any major issues. So far I am very happy.
