Musty smell in new trailer

Our trailer is a 2015 305RL Montana Hogh Country that we bought new in May 2016. During a 5 week trip to the Yukon and Alaska, the trailer developed a musty door that permeated clothes in the closets and dresser drawers. During this trip we did encounter rainy weather. Keystone has said that this is a "new trailer smell" and that it should disappear with ventilation. Clothes that were in the closets and dresser have been washed more than once and the smell still lingers in the washed items. We have been in conversation with Keystone and they have said that they will look for other solutions to the problem.
Has any one had a similar situation, and if so, what was done to alleviate the problem.
