Remote control and Lippert system

Hello all, we have had the new trailer for about a month now and still learning. I must say we are very happy with it and have a small list of things that will need repaired/looked at when we take it back to the dealership to get the dinette installed. (We really liked the trailer layout so we bought it instead of a bunkhouse type trailer with more sleeping area and need one more space to sleep for our other son. We are getting the table and chairs out and having them install the booth. Then I need to figure out what I am going to do with the table and chairs.) Anyway, anyone know how/if the remote that operates the flood lights, awning and a few other things works with the Lippert leveling system? I have just not tried hitting the button on the remote that says "landing gear" or whatever it says (at work now and can't see it) Any ideas?

You can only operate the front landing gear with the remote. All the other functions of level up must be accessed from the outside control located on the drivers side front of the trailer.

Thanks guys, that is what I was thinking, just had not tried it yet. That will make hitching up and unhitching a little bit easier.

Congrats ALSAN on the new trailer! Yes, you will love the Lippert system.

Just my tid-bit-I know when raising the jacks, if you raise them up to the maximum, it will blow the fuse. I always raise them to about an inch from the top. Have not blown a fuse since then. Several articles in the forum about that.

My remote works both the front levelers and the rear stabilizers. No problems. Level side to side with wheel blocks, then front to back, and then steady the whole rig with the back jacks. We use supplementary pole jacks under the big curbside slide (just seems like so much overhung weight and did seem to help) and solid between the wheel screw out chocks. Really seems to steady the trailer and there is virtually no wobble when I get it set up right.
