It allows you to preview a link without leaving the MOC page you are on. Just hover over the little icon and it will pop up the page for you. You can then browse it as you normally browse any web page. When finished browsing, replying, etc., just move the mouse off the page and it reverts you back to the original page you were on. Nice little add-on.
