Additional patio awning

We own a 2017 Montana 3661RL and would like to add a patio awning to the dining slide, slide with TV. Is it possible? I understand that it would not be powered. I would like one that would match the large existing awning, ( no angled support arms). Has anyone done this?

We had one of those relatively smaller type awnings installed while we were at the Q this year. Keeps the direct radiation heat down from the sunlight in the coach.

It should be. We added the awning to the dining room slide on our 13 3402 Check the manufacturer of your main awning and look for the tag that will give you the part number and color coding. We could have powered ours but it was very expensive to do that. It will be expensive anyhow.

Measure the length of your dining room slide and the awning manufacturer will tell you what the correct length should be.

It all depends on how much you want to spend. On our old rig we just had awings for the windows themselves. On our new one the whole slide has an awing.

Thanks for replying. We don’t want to spend a lot even though it would be great to have an awning over the window and the tv.
