If it's not covered use this or a similar product: http://www.amazon.com/Devcon-Epoxy-B...pan+repair+kit Since most S&B showers and tubs are fiberglass any home store will have a similar product. Since we had this happen already once, but got Keystone to replace the pan at the Rally, I carry one in my tool box for the next time.

Lowes carries a repair kit that I have used to repair my shower pan. The kit contains sticks of epoxy resin (?) in three colors to allow for matching the tub color along with the spreading tool. You use part of the sticks and roll them like clay and they become pliable. Apply to the crack area and let dry. Then sand the area smooth, sandpaper provided in the kit as well. My repair has lasted three years so far. Good luck.

You might also have to address the cause of the crack. Mine was because there was not enough cushion under the floor. I had repaired the crack with J-B Weld and it did not leak after that. The floor was replaced and more cushion had to be added to keep this from happening again.

It's not at all uncommon. I was told by someone who would know that, since they have to finish in a hurry, the guys on the line will shave some padding off or even use a lighter to shrink it so they can assemble faster.
