2017 Montana 3731FL jacks

Today, after camping, the jacks on my Montana 3731FL would extend to load into the truck but then wouldn't retract at all. Manually attempted retracting and front jacks did. Idk how to retract the rest Manually. Called a repairman then while waiting smacked the motor with a wrench the same time my husband plugged the camper power in. Unrelated I'm sure but the jacks all retracted as normal. Canceled the repairman then drive 3 states to home and jacks won't extend to get off of truck. Once again manual extension worked. Jacks don't work and the master bedroom/ kitchen slides don't work now either. Other slides are fine.
Had the camper in for routine maintenance during late winter and when the garage was retracting the jacks, one was frozen to the ground. Broke and was replaced with new jack. Nothing but problems since. For a short time the jacks would work, pause, work, pause, work during extending or retracting ... now nothing.
Help?????

What do you mean by "manual extension"??? Is it using "Manual" mode on the keypad or did you have to use the flexible drive cable and a drill motor to run the pump?

The usual causes for this kind of behavior is a bad 50 amp self-resetting circuit breaker or dead batteries.

There are many, many posts on the self-resetting CBs. A Search will uncover them.

Healthy batteries are required to run the hydraulic systems that actuate the jacks and slides. Just the converter running off shore power doesn't have enough amperage to do the job.

manual

We had to use a drill. Followed instructions, which worked for the front jacks. Batteries are actually brand new and had 12.8 volts. The slides operating on the batteries worked fine. I will search the 50 amp reset.
