I remember reading that they do production runs of different tire styles and tire sizes at different times, rather than a continuous run of all. So if they are currently short of a particular style or size it may be due to waiting for the next production run. True or not, I don't know.

I have always had very good luck with Michelins and continue to use them as replacements when my OEM tires wear out.
