This one is just a good close up.

I guess the government is using them as lawn mowers. 13 in this heard. I know Quantico Marine Base had goats on the grounds of their ammunition bunkers. No sparks from them.

Back in the early 80s NAS Oceana did the same, two years after they started the program they were selling a dozen goats at a time juat to get rid of the excess. They breed like rabbits... Dave
