MOC members are the geartest!

We had the help yesterday of our neighbors, who just happen to be JimandDeb on the MOC. The gratiously agreed to help us transfer our items from the "old" Montana to our new 3455 not knowing a 3 hour job would turn into an all day task!
They have the most patience of anyone I've ever known!
We were to take our walk thru after they installed our w/d for us. Well, the service manager came to us and said our w/d will not fit, blood pressure goes up! Thank goodness Mark Krol was on site and he made a few phone calls and they got that figured out and installed.
Then comes the walk thru and that seemed to go well. Then, we had to put the slides in to move the new one beside the old to do the switcheroo. Well, the slides stopped on the last big slide and then the problems got worse plus the ole blood pressure was about to boil! They would move a little and they they all would stop. Ended up the service guys had to install a new slide pump in a brand new 5er, imagine that.
Well, it finally was fixed and we left the dealership around 6:30, an hour and a half after it closed.
Our friends Jim and Deb took it all in stride and never complained. You can't ask for better people to help in such trying times, they were great!

I agree totally. Just like one big family; I believe that any MOC’ers would come to the rescue if needed while you’re in their home area.

Steve and Patti, you indeed have good neighbors in Jim and Deb. They are great folks!

We hope all concludes well from the initial trauma getting your new 3455. We're anxious to see it at the Great Lakes Rally!!!

Got the 3455 6 weeks ago. Love it! You will too! Glad you are now "settled in".

When we moved our "stuff" Rondo and his wife came to help--It is great to have such good MOC friends wherever we are. Enjoy your new rig.
