Harrisonburg/New Market, Virginia
We're heading out this morning to spend six days in the beautiful mountains of Virginia. Our big "blu home" is packed & ready! Can't wait to get on the road!

Bob and Sheri,
I'm homesick!! You are headed towards the most wonderful area! Wave hi to my dear cousin Nancy and did you stay at the KOA near Mauzy???
One year ago almost to the day, we took delivery of our 5er, packed her up and headed to Broaday for a memorial service for my gramma.
Oh, ya, homesick, have a great time, this is one time I can shout, WISH WE WERE WITH YOU!!

Bob and Sheri, have a great trip! You're probably on the road by now but maybe you'll see this when you get back. Where in the VA mountains did you go? Anyplace in particular?
-edited-- Well, I guess if I'd read the topic I'd know the answer to that!

Flastro, isn't that somewhere around Luray/Front Royal? We'll be at Jellystone in Luray, with two of our granddaughters for a week the end of August. If you're in the general area in that timeframe be sure to give us a holler.

Steve, yes it is, off of I 81 you actually exit at a new Market exit to go over to Luray, that little mole hill *L* you cross between Luray and New Market is quite the fun trip, Fiancee had her feet on the dash with her eyes closed on that one when going down the other side to Luray. *L* We stayed at the Country Waye RV campground, Nice and quiet there. From there straight up (north)340 I think if my memory serves me right, about 30 minutes to Front Royal, then catch 522 thru town, Not sure if it will be August, most likely will be mid to late sept, maybe early Oct for the changing of the leaves. I want to visit Mom in Strasburg (rest of the family in Front Royal and accross the mountian in Round Hill) before the COLD weather hits. It would be great to hook up along the way.
