MOC CARDS
I have a question, What does a MOC card look like? I would like to have some. This week while at the Houston RV Show I talked to several People that were looking at the Montys and I told them about the club, even gave them brochures on the new Monty. And pointed out the address in them. Can anyone help me??? Love the site.

You can make them yourselves. You can copy and save the MOC graphic at the top of the forum. Using Word or Publisher or Power Point or another desktop publisher you can make cards. You can buy blank cards on an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet that are pre punched. I printed my business cards myself for years when I was consulting. It is better if you have a color printer.

Jerrie, Sorry I do not have my MOC card layout on my laptop. Thought I had transferred but can't seem to find it. I am sure someone who prints their cards on their computer would be happy to share the layout with you or as Sue & Ed says just get creative using cut and paste from the logo here and the statement of purpose. I will not be back to my base PC until May, but will be happy to share my layout with you at that time. Hey Patti??? Do you still have a copy of the layout on your computer and would you be willing to share??

First of all jerrie Welcome to the MOC Family.
I actually carry 2 cards with the MOC logo
I use this card when I come across a Montana but the owners are not around. I'll just stick it in the door.
The 2nd card also has the MOC logo and is our personal card with our names, address, phone, email and website which we hand out to most anyone we meet.

Thanks for the pic. Glenn. I just saved it to my files to make our own card to hand out instead of using my own.

As Vicki said, we're copying it too, if Glenn doesn't object. For those who want to design their own, here's the MOC logo. To copy it, rightclick and choose Save Picture As. Resize it to fit your own needs. I left it fullsized to maintain the quality.

I also have a word layout for front and back that LadyRV passed out some time ago. All you have to do is change it to your ID and print it out on business card. It is a word file and I currently use it with Avery 8871. But it should work with any 2 inch x 3 1/2 inch business card blanks.
Email me at tharris@gate.net and let me know where to send it if you want the two word files, front and back.

Thanks to my new friends and long time lover, Charlie, I now have my own MOC cards. We designed our cards using every one's ideas. Thanks again

Ron, what kind of file (what three letters after the period) is it? If you want to email it to me I'll see if I can help.

tbhd, rightclick on the picture, then select 'save picture as'. that will save it as a jpg (picture) file. You can then put it into your word processing software as a picture. hope this helps.

I have the MOC logo and mission statement saved in MS Word format. The layout is setup so all anyone has to do is add their name, etc. and print. Ten cards to a page. I also use this format to make name tags and refrigerator magnets for those coming to our May campout in Mt. Shasta. I'd post it, but don't know how. If anyone wants it via e-mail, let me know.

By all means copy away.
Just today I passed out 3 of the cards and one indicated he would get on here as soon as he figured out how. He's been trying to register but has been having problems with it. Told him to email me and I would instruct him. The second will be on once he returns to his stick house next month. The third didn't say much of anything. To be honest he didn't seem all that interested.
