Big Bubble going down the road

Likely this has been covered, but not that I've seen. I'm heading out of Omaha, west on I-80, about 5:00pm on Tuesday 7/22, and in the east bound lane, I see a Montana with a GREAT big air bubble underneath the rubber skin on the roof. This can't be good! What causes this, and is it something to be concerned about??? If my unit developed this big bubble on the roof while screaming down the road, I hope someone would let me know, but odds are that I would probably never know.
