How to install cold weather skirting?

We've pretty much decided to spend Thanksgiving and Christmas in the Kansas City area, near our two sons and their families. If we're going to be there in the dead of winter I need to figure out how to install skirting around the base of the rig and what materials to use. Anyone have any ideas on this or know of a link to such info? We have no online access in our park this week and have to come to a local library to get online so I may be a little slow in replying. Thanks.
