need advise

I am not yet a motanna owner but I am pretty set on the 310 tbs travel trailer. It is a real nice unit. It seems to be well built. I have been doing research on the web. I am reading all of these not so nice things about cracking frames and axles ripping off and etc. I also see this web site and several on the open road forum who are pleased as punch. Any comments one way or the other would be apreciated. I realize this may be a biased croud, however I really like the mountaineer and I want to be well informed. Thank you so Much
