Steve.R..those are good things to know and I know you are right..It is a toss up..You may get good stuff, you may get bad.We have the recliner from our Terry TT in our bedroom..been there for 10 years and it is in good shape. Will put it back in when we sell it.But I will be a pain in the butt and try to talk them out of all the stuff I figure we will replace. I have got to make the effort..I'm that way...

No problem, Rich. I'm just suggesting that if you can't get credit for it (have to pay for it whether it's there or not) then you might as well go ahead and get it, then remove it and sell it. Helps offset the replacement costs a bit. Just a suggestion. You might prefer not to have to deal with removing it and then selling it.

Steve, and Rich
I would worry about them NOT putting in the power source if you asked them to NOT put in the fan. I'm with Steve, get the fan, don't take a chance they will NOT set in the power for you. You might get a good fan!!

We use ours constantly while camping and it is so quiet, no noise. The one we had in our cardinal wiggled and made such noise when we ran it. SO I was really surprised that this one didnt!!

Al put plumbers tape around the glass globes on ours, so far they have not moved or wiggled or loosened up. Did same on some of the other lights in Montana that also were coming loose.
