? ocean front CG's North East

Hi all,

My wife has always wanted a beach house to wake up to the surf hitting the shore. I thought it would be nice to suprise her and make reservations. I was just wondering if any of you had any particular favorites and / or ones to avoid?

I'm sure the sand will be getting into everything. Any other pro's con's about beach front RVing?

But I would like to make her dream come true in the montana.

I would probably have to make reservations for August/ non holiday week or weekend. I'm pretty flexable but its getting late for good reservations?

Any Ideas?
Thanks in advance.
Chris

Not sure exactly what state you had in mind, but there's a nice CG in Navarre, Fl that offers beachfront sites...and it was recommended by a few folks here in the forum too. I believe that it's called the "Navarre Beach Campground." A good vacuum will take care of the sand...maybe!

Enjoy!

oops...just realized from the heading of your message that you're interested in the NE. Indian River Inlet in Delaware is pretty nice...Enjoy.
