Jim Fischer--1 griddle. We may need a fourth griddle if we're cooking 4 pounds of bacon and some sausage. Depending on the electric capabilities in the pavilion, we might need to use a couple of gas grills and skillets. I'll check it out when we get there.

I carry a griddle, gas burner, pots, pans and bowls if you need additional tools.
Also, sign me up for setup and tear down.

If we need additional electric, I will have 3000 watts with us. Generator keeps the pet cool in the rig while we travel.

George,
I'm glad you put Cathy's name on the fruit tray since she will be doing it and not Bingo. Give credit where credit is due.

It will help if those bringing breakfast meat prepare it before bringing it to the pavillion. If not we can cook it there. Preparing the items before bringing to the pavillion cuts down on the preparation for the breakfast. Thanks Dennis for reminding me.
