Texas, NM and AZ RV parks
Highly recommend:
1. Oasis RV Park, Amarillo, TX. Be prepared for the smell coming from the feedyards, though. We were awakened at about 2:30 a.m. by the worst smell we had ever endured. Closed all the windows, put various good smelling things under our noses and it passed.
2. Hacienda RV Park, Las Cruces, NM. Perhaps the best and nicest we've been in thus far. GREAT dog run and really close to Old Mesillas (sp) area of the city. Internet was subpar, however.
3. Apache Palms RV Park, Tempe, AZ. Great location near the ASU campus. Kind of an awkward location on the north side of the westbound lanes of Apache. No curb cut or turn lane from eastbound Apache so you've got to travel farther east and make a u-turn to get to the park.
