LOL Thanks for the pic above. I thought that post was one of the most meanspirited comments I have ever seen on this forum. Gratuitous meanness.

PS. Not all pianos weigh a bazillion pounds or even have strings and hammers to jostle around while underway. The new electronic pianos sound fantastic, have weighted actions similar to a grand piano, and are very light. So bringing a piano in a fifth wheel is really not outrageous at all. You can even plug in with headphones and NO ONE in the campground would know you are playing it.

They posted it will be placed in a park and not be used for travel. We got to read the entire before commenting. It is how they choose to live and enjoy. They have it were weight is not on the slides so it is a great idea.

I will politely go one farther and say that even if their unit was mobile...so what. If it works for them so be it. We can comment with a degree of civility. What works for one may in fact not be optimum for another and that is ok. This place has always been informative and a place to share ideas and experiences for us. Enjoy your piano.

Yeah, the wife wanted a piano too. But I told her that if we got the piano, the hot tub had to go! She decided that she uses the hot tub more than she would ever play the piano. I dodged a bullet there!
