We upgraded our 2008 to wet bolt kit but the 2012 came with them. Also installed the xfactor on both which is also beneficial.

I purchased my 2011 3455sa in October of 15. It had wet bolts. In sept of 16 after returning form a trip I noticed the rearmost bolt on the pass side was GONE!!. The spring had been resting up against the frame for god knows how long. Long story short, brass bushings and spring eyes completely worn out. Good news is, 4 new Emco (usa made) springs and a mor ryde wet bolt kit was around $290. Fairly easy to do yourself it you have the means and space to do it.

You might want to consider installing some real (disc) brakes on it too.

As I posted earlier my 2016 HC had the bronze bushings. I bought the kit that had the bushings, wet bolts and heavy duty brackets. Very easy to change out.

I had the wet bolt kit on my 2014 3402rl. One of my bolts broke and shifted my axle back which caused my right rear tire to wear prematurely. This caused me to have the I.S. installed at the factory. If you have the wet bolt kit then you need to purchase a 5/8 grade 8 bolt, locking nut and 2 flat washers. i believe bolt is 4 1/2 inches long, measure to be sure, as a back-up when traveling . I found mine broken before a trip when inspecting and had to buy one as a temporary because the dealer had to order me a wet bolt as they were out of stock. I suspect the wet bolts are not grade 8 but don't know for sure. Just put a little grease on the bolt and you are good to go.

I put 2 of the bolts I replaced along with bushings as spares in my possible box. Will keep a eye on the wet bolts Thanks
