OK got it now I took out the Brackets [IMG] off each end of the topic, httpXXXXXXXXXXX. and it didnot put the picture on, just the place where it was at.

Don, You have to have {IMG}http://tinypic.com/ek5gsy.jpg{/img} to show the picture. I used { instead of the real [ because it would have shown the picture. Try it and the use the preview button. You should see your picture in the preview if it works. Good luck and tow safe.

Thanks John. Here is another question about the way of showing a picture. Is it more covient for us to ues the picture location and let the reader tag it for a view, to save space on the Forum, or to show the picture item on the screen

TT2,
You ask a good question that may not have any easy answer. I am answering this as a communications person and ADMIN or a MOD will have to answer policy for this forum.
First I will suggest the communications media a member uses has a potential MAJOR impact on that answer. If a person is using a cell phone dial up connection graphics takes up a lot of bandwidth and time down loading. If a person is on DSL like I am at the moment it is not an issue.
If you were linking a lot of photos even at the reduced size it would kill a dial up connection. So with that in mind I would say the link would be better and those that can or have the time can look at them.
This is my opinion and mine alone.
