New Guys

Hey Everybody, David and Kari from the Texas hill country. We've both recently retired at the ripe old age of 50 for me and 45 for my wife. The kids are all gone and now it's time for us to go. We'll probably spend about 4 to 6 months on the road mostly in the summer up in the mountains. We've RV'd for years since before the kids were born but this is our first Montana so I thought it only proper to join a Montana group. As far as our equipment goes, we have a Montana 2011 3625RE and a 2012 F250 King Ranch Diesel. Looking forward to chatting with you guys.

Welcome to the MOC. We spend a lot of time in the Hill Country, so maybe our paths will cross.

Welcome to MOC and the Forum1 You'll find this to be a great place of learning and making suggestions or giving your experiences also on a multitude of Montana subjects.
If you can make it, come join us at the MOC Central Plains Regional Rally to be held at Pine Grove RV Park and Campground coming up July 24th-29th. It's a smaller Rally as the MOC rallies go but we have a lot of fun and it's a chance for you to meet some of the MOC members that post here on the Forum and others that just read the posts. If you'd like more information just email me and I'll fill you in. This has been another promotional message in promoting of the CPRR!!!
Take care and take part in this Forum and you'll get more out of this Forum than anyplace else.

Welcome to the open road, wish we could travel more. We still work our way around. Mostly National Parks. It's the only way to see a large venue. Two days a week we are tourists. Have a great time making memories.

Hi, David and Kari! We're also from the Texas Hill Country (Austin, actually) and we're fulltimers, having been free of the sticks-and-bricks house since 2011. Welcome to the MOC, the best web site and friends you'll find anywhere.

Congratulations! I am a stay-at-home mom but unfortunately, DH still has many years of work ahead before we can do anything more than 2 weeks once a year. So we will be living vicariously through you! Have fun and keep us posted on your many new adventures!

Welcome, Janice and I are long-timers and have been retired for 22 and 24 months respectively with 12 months out of the last 24 in the Monty. We recommend attending the Rallies both regional and national. Have fun and safe travels.
