Check door latch for gap

Recently while we were in our unit, we were taking about how cold it seemed to be getting? As I went to latch the door lock, I noticed outside light coming in from between the door frame and door latch. Thats when I realized why it was so cold. A lot of outside air is drawn in from the heater blowing. The next morning I looked it over and found the door had a slight bow from top to bottom that was allowing the door not to seal. Worked the bow out and its tight again.

We have the opposite problem. Our door has had to be worked on twice by Keystone because it's too tight to close at times. Once again a product provided by the low bidder with weak frames.

we had our door replaced after the PDI because it was very hard to close. New door still hard to close, kind a need to slam it. But at least it is sealed

Kevin,
Is it the door latch itself that makes it hard to close? I sprayed a little WD-40 on ours and it has worked like a charm for several months. Closes easily. Matter of fact I think I'll spray it again after it quits snowing.

Ours was also changed out after the PDI due to being bowed. The new door also closed very hard until I took the latch apart and lubed it all with some white grease. Now works very easily.

mine was like that from the factory. I talked to keystone about it at the rally in 09 they said to leave it alone it was ok. so last summer I couldn't leave it alone any more so I took the screws out of that side leaving the top and bottom and straighten it and rescrewed it resealed and all is good!!!
