South Florida here we come!

Well it sounds like I leave here Friday for Hallandale Florida. We will be there till the beginning of January. The 3400RL has worked out great so far. It's a Long ways from there to Bend, Oregon.

Hi

Have you made arrangements for a place to stay with the fifth wheel?

I found a RV Park called Holiday Park. I will be running a store in Coral Gables and my wife will be running one in Boca Raton. We found Hallendale to be central between the two. My big problem is the 20lbs dog weight limit. My dog Jake's head weighs that much.

Paul and Betty...missing you at the rally!! Gettysburg is great. Are you taking the "journey of hallowed ground" by going to Monticello? We wanted to do that this year, but just got to Gettysburg and Antietam. Awesome history. Safe travels...Joanie

If you are coming right now, be prepared for the love bugs... They were really nasty for the first week but thinning out now... It is still very hot and humid but of course, that is why we come to Florida...

Looks like a lot of you are going to FL!
We are leaving in 2 1/2 weeks for Bushnell, FL just north of Tampa.
We'll be there until May 1st!

Everybody drive safe!

The Love bugs can be a serious issue, make sure you get them off as soon as you can, they can damage paint... We moved our departure day up about 2 1/2 weeks to Oct. 7th, but will be in Panama City for a week and then onto Sebring Florida un until April 2012... Happy Trails....

I would like to ask where do you camp in Titisville? We are new to the 5th wheel scene but we have been spending about a month in Cocoa Beach every winter for awhile now. I also have a 2008 harley Ultra SE. I wish FL would allow me to pull a triple. I have to rely on a friend to trailer it from MN. I'm looking for a campground for March.

We too will be joining the SnowBird crowd. Leaving from Western NY at the end of Oct, spending a couple of weeks in Holiday (just North West of Tampa) then across the State to Treasure Coast RV in Fort Pierce till April. Trying to arrive after the Love Bugs and depart before they start again in the spring. Safe travels to all

We go to Whispering Pines Mobile Home Park, it's a small +55 park with a few RV sites. Get's full quick but some of the folks leave early so there may be an opening in March.
