Picked up our new 3400rl Hickory Friday

Well our new 3400 Hickory arrive Thursday and we picked it up Friday afternoon.

So far I have mahaged to break one of the closet door locks but other than that there are no warrany issues that I have found so far.

Hard to believe that an additional 3 feed can give so much extra room.

We will be bringing it to Lake Sis. Hope to have a few mods installed by then.

By the way ours is an 2011 and has non see through window in front door and motorhome type doors for the basement with real locks just like the front door.

Really pleased with the mor/ryde pin box. Really smooths out the ride. It also has the updated wet shackles that are 1/2 inch thick instead of 1/4 inch.

Now we just have to figure where to put all the stuff that came out of our old Monty.

Congratulations Don!

You are going to love it. Even after 6 weeks with our 3400 I am still amazed how much room the additional 3 feet and the extra slide have added compared to the 3075.

What MODS are you planning? So, far all I have done is added a second satellite feed.

Well the mods planned so far are:

1. Mor/ryde slide out cargo tray.
2. something with the swewer boom not sure just what.
3. adding additonal adjustable wood shelves in various cabinets.
4. wine cooler rack in closest by front door.
5. added a free standing floor lamp between recliners
6. adding dish network and portable satalite receiver
7. changed out king bed for two long 15" thick pillow top twins
8. adding photos and nick nack
9. getting or making some sort of flag holder
10. added a new Thule bike rack to the back

and of course anything else that Gail wants. This should keep me busy for the summer at least.
