Vintage Maple Wood Finish

Anyone have success getting close to matching the Vintage Maple wood finish on the 2019 cabinets and if so what product/s did you use?

Maple is very hard to stain and achieve a consistent result.
A career in cabinet making and finish I'm going guess it's likely a dye or semi transparent colored lacquer.

You could try taking some raw maple to Sherwin Williams for a
stain match, the hit my cherry stain right on the money.

I’m no cabinet maker but I have had good luck blending 2 stains. One too dark one too light. If the first two don’t work it will give you an idea for the next one or two. Even if you had the original stain it wouldn’t be the same as the wood is now. Wood color changes with time and sun light.

I have a scrap of pine that I have used for something in the closet that I hope to get to have it become less obvious. I will follow up with the light/dark mix. I was hoping someone may have found something/s that came close to the vintage maple currently used by Keystone.

The pine will except stain much better than the maple and the color will be much different when on the maple.
