Welcome to the Montana world. There is only one issue you need to be aware of on your 2017 3820FK, and maybe your previous owners fixed this already. Turn on the roof fan in your kitchen and see if your refer goes off. If it does there is a quick fix, and they will need to wire your refer direct to your battery. Many of us had this wiring issue, and that is the fix I guess Montana suggested. If it does not go off, then they already fixed it. Otherwise we loved watching out that big picture window up high above everyone else.

Congrats!
We purchase a 2018 3820FK last winter, and have been very happy with the way the unit works for our family.
Watch the doors when extending the slides and awnings,. The buffet slide and awning both can get on the door if it is open. The other issue are the fenders if they haven’t been reinforced / secured using nuts and washers, you will want to check them when you stop to make sure you don’t lose them down the road. We used 1”x1” aluminum angle iron to create a bracket. Then took the screws out one at a time to drill out and replace with bolts, neoprene-backed washers, and nuts. After doing this, we haven’t had any issues with them vibrating loose.
Enjoy the Peninsula. For years I have had visions of retirement in Sequim... crabbing and clamming and beach combing the rest of my days, but alas, I’m still in Colorado. :/

Ps...
There is also a Facebook Group dedicated specifically to the owners of the 3820FK. Lots of helpful folks and interesting storage ideas there as well.

Have fun! It’s beautiful there. We are going west next year and have booked a month in Port Angeles, WA. I was stationed there in the USCG in 1980 and can’t wait to explore the area again.

Great responses viper vipermanden and 4dabirds. We love our 2018 and have experienced those same issues, but we've corrected them. Oh I should add that you should support the bottom of the sliding door to the bedroom while traveling. The latch is not very dependable. Enjoy your new mini home!
