A lot of people come to the Home Depot (where I work ) to buy “Henry silicone roof sealer”. It is white and used for rubber and Edpm type roofs. About $90a gallon. I have not tried it, but I believe it is pretty much the same as the Dicor that camping world sells. Anybody else out there know about this?

Contact a local flat roofing company that specializes in EPDM membrane roofing. Proper way is to lift the AC, replace the rubber with adhered EPDM patch including seam tape and reinforced corners, and placing the AC unit back down.

I am a commercial roofer and this is likely a $500 fix.

Hate to say it but if your roof on your 2004 is original, and looking at the damage in the photo, and recognizing a reliable roof is one of the most important things on an RV of any type, any patch should be interim until a new roof, whatever option you choose, is accomplished. Roof leakage is bad bad for any RV.

I agree with eternabond tape. Another but
expensive way is RV Armor. Not cheap but has a lifetime of the rig guarantee. Mine was $140.00 linear foot. I am satisfied with the job. (Not associated with them, just a customer ).
Best of luck. Travel safely

Ed, I had a similar problem with my 2017 Montana after a tree branch fell on top of the RV, breaking the TV antenna and punching a hole in the rubber roof. I contacted the DiCor corporation who makes a lot of different roof products which can be purchased in many stores including Campers World. DiCor has a patch kit for rubber roofs. Google the information for DiCor and ask them yourself about what products they have and any other recommendations they might have for you.
