New profession
This past Friday I entered a new profession. I have been practicing a little getting ready for it but I question my qualifications. I think the one thing that adds to my qualification is that I own a Montana. I am gonna try hard to be good at this new line of business but I am not to proud but will from time to time enlist the advise of those who are already are experienced in this life style.
So look out world of retirement, I am here to contribute.

Congrats Phil, be sure not to overindulge and tire yourself out too fast in your new profession!!

Phil,
As Bingo stated..... Don't try to do everything at once. Ease yourself into this new job. It can be overwhelming so pace yourself. Fortunately you have a huge group of folks here to help guide you! WELCOME!

Throw caution to the wind and plunge head long into it. Success comes with a cavalier attitude. Let no one dissuade you, especially the children. Squeeze the juice out of life. Look for and expect to find a great adventure.

Since I have been retired (over 5 years now), I do not know how I found time to go to work. I seem to be busier now than when I was working. Maybe it is because I am having so much fun. Good luck and enjoy.

Congrats. My DW came home one day and asked what I was doing,I said nothing. She asked, didn't you do that yesterday. Yes, but I wasn't finished yet.
Enjoy your retirement, it is a good occupation.

Wow, hope I haven't bitten off more than I can chew. Sounds complicated. Thanks everbody. Capt Joe my retirement party was at the home office in Harrison last week. I must have drove right past you on my way home Thursday.
Bingo, I will keep your upsizing your boat dock to fit the Montana on my list of things to do. Maybe I can work it into my busy schedule to come over and help you.
FedEx will probably fall apart now that I am not there to help run the organization. I hope they survive my absence.

Congrats Phil. You will never regret it and don't look back. I will give you the advise I give all of my friends about to retire. The first thing you have to learn is to say NO! You will be surprised how many people will say "Phil is retired he can do it." Be selective.
