Movin' on

St Mary was truly beautiful. Of the two major campgrounds, Johnson's has the best view. That is not to say the KOA site is bad, but Johnson's is better. Start your trip down Road to the Sun early in the morning if you want some fantastic mirror photos off the lake before the daily winds kick up.

We moved to Hungry Horse, MT. Canyon RV Campground seems to be a nice place. As advertised, They have long sites for big rigs. The position of one tree prevents me from using the awning, but tree cover is sufficient. We will be here a week.

Stiles and Dianna, Glad you decided to go to Glacier Park. When we talked at our home in May, I was hoping you would go on up there since you would be so close. Looks like you enjoyed it.

Stiles,

We loved Hungry Horse. It is a beautiful park. When we pulled up to check in the fish were jumping in the pond and my dogs were fascinated! They watched intently while my wife checked us in. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Sorry to hear about your truck problem. You ran into some really nice folks. Isn't it great!

Thanks for the suggestion,Bruce. We have enjoyed Glacier. Last Sunday, we attended a small church on the Blackfeet reservation. It was not quite like the churches we attended in Grain valley.

I was impressed with the quality of assistance from these Montana folk, Hamran. They really stepped up at a difficult time for us. Some call it luck. I call it providential care.
