Finally--back to real life!
For those of you who may have been wondering where we have been, here is a quick summary. Several months ago, Pat had a routine cardiac catheterization done--the results were excellent as her heart was shown to be in terrific condition. However, within two hours she was in serious trouble. Long story short, she has had issues with massive clotting in arteries and veins in legs, resultant vascular surgeries, several mini-strokes, clots in lungs and a number of major infections. Has spent six of the last nine weeks in hospital. Finally have her home and I have actually been able to get the Monty cleaned out under her supervision (we had a mouse invasion despite heavy use of Bounce and moth balls). We are hoping to have a semi-normal life at camp this summer though we will be on a shot leash attached to PT , labs and drs. here. Apologies to those who have sent emails checking in on us--they have unfortunately fallen by the wayside as I have hardly been able to keep up with just the basics of living. Best wishes to all.

Welcome back Bill. Lorraine and I are sure glad things are looking up for Pat.
I doubt there is any possibility that you would be able to make it to the rally in New Hampshire the end of this week. As the two of you were part of the first Northeast Rally last year it would be great to see you both again this year. But if that's not meant to be than so be it. We will keep you both in our thoughts.

Bill and Pat,
Have thought of you often and wondered what happened. We missed you! We are sorry you have had such serious health issues, Pat. We are glad to hear you are doing so much better. Sounds like you are being well cared for. We hope you both have a wonderful summer at camp. We will miss seeing you at the rally. We were with Frank and Sandy this past weekend and you guys came up in the conversation. We all were thinking of you and wondered what happened. We knew something must be wrong and were hoping to find out at the rally. Bill keep up the good work! Hope to see you both again soon.
