Require small repair to rubber roof

Went up to the roof of the Monty today and noticed a small hole in the rubber plus a small rub mark beside the hole. I assume these two spots may have been caused by a tree branch. I'm wondering if I can simply fill the small gouge and slight scrape/rub mark with dicor, or should I use an appropriate tape that is used for a rubber roof.
Appreciate your thoughts.

i had a small tear about 2 in long from a branch, and i didn't have any repair tape and it was the rainy season so i just used the dicor roof sealant. I had in a tube and put some on. it leveled out and i have kept an eye on it for a year or more and it has not given me any issues.

I had the same thing happen and used Eternabond and then used dicor over top. Been 4 years and patches are holding up great.

X 5 on the Eternabond, applied patch over hole then taped off about 1/2" and used Dicor to seal the edges. Looks good so far.
