Thumbs up Don't forget to clean those filters

Just thought I would mention this for the new folks on here since PDI's sometimes don't mention this. On the newer Montana's each return air vent has a filter in there. On the older ones the filter is on the bottom of the AC unit. I cut my own filter media from window AC filter material I get from Walmart. Every two weeks I take them out, wash them and dry them. I have two sets so I don't have to wait to run my AC units while the ones I just took out dry. Mine were really dirty this time due to dust in the air and the units running a lot lately so I thought I would mention it since the units become much less efficient when they can't get the airflow they need.

On a 2017 they will be on either side of the room that has an AC unit. On ours there one is over the RV in the livingroom and the other is on the opposite side of the room. In the bedroom they are toward the front of the rig above the bed and near the TV. You just put a screwdriver in the slots on the plastic cover and gently pry it off. The filter is under the grill.
