Replaced Dinette with Double Desk

We are getting ready to retire, and since we both like to use desk for Laptops or sewing, my wife came up with this idea, and I built it. Come by the Fall Rally and check it out.

Can you post a picture? We are thinking of doing the same - either the dining area or one of the slides in the rear living room.

We did away with the table and chair....put a nice desk and comfy roller chair along with a file cabinet in its place.

If you have added a lot more weight to the slide out you may want to put jacks under the slide when extended.

I work and sew (quilt) also, so we bought a MHC with a center bunk room, removed the couch and put in a craft desk. I love it!
