TV doesn't charge battery on Rig

Hi-
I had my 2006 3500RL in the shop for abuot 3 weeks. Long list of repairs. I went to pick it up today and the battery was dead. The Tech said to hook up to my 2005 Ford 350 dully with tow package, and it should charge the battery so I could raise the front legs. After 5 minutes nothing happened. The tech looked under the hood of the Ford and said I need to install a missing " charging relay " ( there are running lights and brake and turn signal when I plug in but no charging signal)
Have any of you with the same equipment experience anything like this?

Look in your owners manual and it will show the location under the hood for the relay and also a fuse that is needed.

They had placed my relay in the glove compartment too. We worked and worked on that thing and couldn't get it to work. After a trip to the auto store and getting the one we bought working ..... well then we found the one in the glove compartment. It also had good instructions. So now we have an extra.

YOU THE MAN
The relay was in the glove compartment. Plugged it in and everything is fine. Saved me a lot of grief. Thanks much

Thanks for the great tip. I will check to see if my relay is installed.
