Sea Foam is available from any good auto supply store. I've used it in a couple of mowers that didn't want to run. It will dissolve the varnish and gum. My "small engine repair guy" said I should be buying gas from the Marina or the small airport here. He said it has no ethanol at all and some of the older engines don't like ethanol at all. I had an old chipper/shredder in for repair - I forgot to run all the gas out last year and it got all gummed up.
