a great wax!!!

Used this wax today. Great stuff!
Dupont Teflon spray wax. Auto parts store carry it. Goes on easy and waxes easy. Very nice shine. Works on Fiberglas or gel coat.
We got half done today. Will finish tomorrow.

Thanks. I haven't put a wax on mine yet, but I'm told that it ought to have one before the harsh winter weather. Especially so if we're going to haul through ice or snow.

Even more important if you are hauling where the roads are treated with salt, is be sure to thoroughly wash salt residue from UNDER the unit before storing. Salt is not nice!!! Salt does bad things to metal!!!! Road salt is our enemy.

Have you ever tried 303? If so is it similar? I think the 303 is good stuff, but it is just so darned expensive.

My two cents I use 303 on the roof and sides very easy, spray on wipe off. Also 303 will help the decals from fading out.

i use mothers wax its a big job but buff it on and wipe it off then buff and its great i wax the front cone about every 4 months as it gets all the bugs ,, but i now use dryer sheets to get them off as awsome takes off all the wax and dryer sheets still leave on some wax good luck on the 3000rk as that is ours also and we love it john

GonFisnin, I didn't notice any film when we wiped it off. It shines so well, looks like glass!
After we finish ours we will probably have to rest for a week!
We have all of it done except the slides. Today we will do those.

I haven't used the 303 so can not compare. Son recommended this to us. He won't use anything but this Dupont, on his car.
We also used this on our Monty.
Last time Monty was waxed this year in AZ, and didn't have to do it ourselves. Son had one of his employees do it for us.

I have used the New ICE on my wifes Mustang and it was too easy its clear wipe on let fog up and wipe off it looks really good, waiting to see how long it lasts the its on to the Montana. have not put any wax on the Montana yet.

I use "Protect All" on ours. They 'claim' it can be used on everything: rubber, vinyl, chrome, fiberglass, filon, aluminum, stainless steel, glass and more. It is easy on easy off, can't speak to the other claims yet.

Turtle Wax Platinum is what I use. Had a huge car show up here in MI. I was impressed by a demonstration. I use it on the car ,truck and Mountaineer. Easy on easy off. Wax will even shine the black trim and everything else with no white residue. I even put it on the wndows, it shined them up and now the rain runs off. Wife sez I can now get rid of my collection of maybe it will work wax.

I used Platinum Shield Paint Protection on my MH after it started to dull. I got it through a GM dealer but it wasn't cheap, about $25 for a 112ml bottle. One bottle did a 28ft class C. It is an amazing product that leaves a surface so slick that even the bugs wash off with a hose.

I will keep this in mind. I had trouble getting the water spots off the windows. Our water is very hard. I used everything in the kitchen and finally tried straight vinegar and followed up with Windex. Not perfect but am open to suggestions.

To get the hard water spots off the windows use A-MAZ, it works great. You should be able to find it at Wal*Mart, Home Depot, Lowes. It is like a past that you rub on, then wipe off and the hard water spots come right off.

Thanks so much. I will use "A-Maz next" time we wash it. As I said our water is so hard here. The outside hook up does not get softened water like the whole house.
