Thanks for advice, we are taking in for a few fixes, will have that checked out definitely. Also found water coming in back window (Big one behind 2 recliners) in the sill yesterday, just a small amount, but continued to come in as I wiped it out.. Not enough to go anywhere but should this be checked out too? Was sitting in it yesterday for a while and it never really stays toasty without furnace running all the time.. Is there certain electrical outlets for a space heater (so you don't trip any breaker) to use with fireplace running too?
