Rear Landing gear won't come down
Landing gear worked the last 2 times we have been out, but it seems that they are on strike currently and echo both my wife's sentiment and mine-we don't want to have to work!!
And suggestions would be appreciated.
PS the manual crank won't bring them down, at least not without brute force.

Did you check the mechanism to make sure something is not bent underneath? Because it's hard to manually crank down I would suspect something broke, bent or damaged somehow?

Are the threads rusted? Try soaking them with WD-40.

Do you by any chance have after market stabilizers on them?
I blew 3 fuses before I figured out that I had forgotten to loosen the T handles on my JT Strongarm stabilizers on my front jacks.

They can bend easily out of alignment if they were used to level side to side.

Nothing is bent, and from what I can see the threads aren't rusty at all. But since we are home now I will crawl underneath it and do some poking around.

We have a 2010 295RKD, picked it up in April, by October the motor was fried, water logged, water poured out of it.
I did not drive it in the rain but once or twice.
Under warranty received a new motor, as I bought it out of state, replaced it myself.
R & S RV outside of Detroit were great.
The replacement motor is a better motor, better sealed, not a problem since.

Ours gave trouble one time. Would clunk and not move, either direction. Lubricated them with silicone spray dry lube. Been working fine ever since. Good Luck! Larry

I will have to try that Larry, then if nothing else a trip to the dealer is in order as it is under warranty.

Similar problem of blowing 30a fuses on landing gear... Got so PO'd that I removed landing gear, disassembled it and found NO GREASE on screw and nut. Call manufacture, not to point finger, but to inform them to check assembly process. Response was “That could not have happened.” Oh well! They have been warned. I filed burrs of, greased it up and have had No problems.

Well the dealer has checked everything out and they having to order in a new landing gear assembly as it is shorted out in the motor... When we dropped it off, one of the advisors said to me "did you know you landing gear is down?? You could have ripped it off, pulling into our driveway", I told him "that is why it is in here, because the landing gear won't go up or down!!"
