We have stayed at JGW RV Park several times --- ask for a site backing onto the River --- very nice park, clean, big, level sites.

I have a friend that lives in Redding and he says just 25 miles south of them in Red Bluff this CG is the best.

And Sherry's restaurant right outside the CG is very good too.

Are you firm on staying in Redding? A number of MOC folks will be camping at Lake Siskiyou during that time frame. It is only 65 miles north and a great location. I have been to two of the three parks mentioned earlier and I prefer this one.

Rollie & Janet,
Our rig is currently stored at JGW in Redding, but we'll be down on the 23rd to bring it up to the outing at Lake Siskiyou in Mt. Shasta. We would love to see you join us for the laid back get together if you'd like. The contact number for reservations is 530-926-2618. Tell them you're with the Montana group and want to be in the 300 section of sites.

Thanks for all the info. I do have some business in Redding and should go to Weaverville for a day. BUT I will try to rearrange things and meet the gang in Lake Siskiyou for a week. Thanks Rollie & Janet
