Sunshine and Solar are a great combo!
We finally got a chance to try the solar install in some good weather and off-grid. No great scenic locales, we did an overnight in a college parking lot at one of my son's track meets then an overnight at a casino, Regardless, we finally had some nice weather and saw some serious current. We hit full capacity and even hit the current limit on the TriStar MPPT-60. It was fluxuating some as occasional clouds went by but between cool weather and clear blue sky's we saw over 800W on the TriStars remote and quick grabbed the phone and snapped this pic on the Trimetric meter of 55.2A. This had a couple items drawing power so it was about maxed at this point. On the day we were packing up it was raining and heavy overcast and we still saw 7-8 amps off the panels.
I ran a couple heavy loads to push the inverter and all seems well there too. At the peak I was pulling over 130 amps and all seemed well.
I have also been switching out the few lights that weren't LEDs already and those help too. We were able to watch TV for several hours in the evening, charge phones, run the furnace during the night, and do about the normal activities and only used about 10% and it was recharged back at 100% by shortly after noon while still using power.
Overall we are happy with the solar, now we just need to get a chance to use it in more remote boondocking situations.

Sounds like you got it dialed in. Not having to rely on pedestals or generators will be nice.

We really enjoy our solar system. Can dry camp for days on end, watch tv, have power at all outlets, run Pete's CPAP, etc without any issues. We only need the generators if we want The A/C. Very happy that we did this mod to our rig right after we purchased.

When you get things dialed in it works great. We spend 3 months each winter off the grid and never run the generator.
