Snowball Cookies

-GRANNY’S SNOWBALL COOKIES-

Cream the following ingredients:
½ Cup Crisco
3 Tablespoons Sugar
¼ Teaspoon Salt
1 ½ Teaspoons Vanilla

Add:
1 Cup Flour (sifted)
1 Cup Pecans (ground)

You’ll also need:
1 ½ Cups Powdered Sugar

Form in to 1 inch balls and bake on slightly greased cookie sheet on the top rack at 250 degrees for about 20 minutes. Roll, while hot, in powdered sugar. Once cool, roll in powdered sugar again. Makes about 2 dozen so you’ll probably want to double (or triple) the recipe.
