I use to use Turtle wax F-21, but I cant find it anymore. Now I use 303 Aerospace Protectant.

Does it help, I dont know, but the tires look pretty.....

Also use 303 on the roof after a good cleaning.

Tire manufacturers warn against anything containing petroleum. If what you are looking at doesn't then I guess it won't hurt and you'll have pretty tires like oldelmer1

One odd thing about tires that a retired goodyear engineer taught at the Escapee's Boot Camp was to get some cheap garage sale plastic placemats and put them under the tires if you park for an extended time on concrete. He said the tires have an anti-aging compound in them that concrete will leach out. He said the black marks left on the concrete when rigs leave is that compound being removed from the tires.

I put nothing on the tires, under the tires or over the tires. There are pros and cons all over the place. It all depends on who you talk to. Someone asked me, "Why would they sell all those products if they weren't meant to help?" My answer is, "Because we buy them!"

I agree with ols1932. People will sell anything the public will buy whether it's good or bad or indifferent. It's all about the money.

I put on camco tire covers when parked for more than a couple of days and they seem to work.

I bought a pre-owned trailer that had some kind of goop (don't know what it was, but just didn't like it) on the sides of the tires and nothing could get it off even over time and it was very messy especially when it came time to wash the rig. The only "benefit" I got was it hid the tire rot that was occurring and then all four of those tires either blew out or separated. I have had much better luck with light colored tire covers but I still can't see tire rot that could be occurring inside the tire.
