merv, There should be a brochure about your roof in the info you got from your dealer. The manufacturer usually makes recommendations about what to use with their product. I would check there first and then with an RV service manager. I know Dicor makes some compatible products for most rubber roofs.

I agree with Stiles. Check your brochure in the package from the dealer. The most important thing to remember is to not use a caulking containing any asphalt as this type of product is not compatible with the EPDM roof material and will damage it. RV stores, in general, should have compatible products which will work with your roof.

Isn't the roof warranted for 12 years?

Dicor self leveling sealant. Available at Camping World or most RV dealers. Don't use anything else because you run the risk of it having a substance that would be harmful to your rubber roof. The Dicor is specially made for RV roofs. The 12 year warranty does not cover the seams of sealant. This is considered routine upkeep. It is something you should check for at least once per year if not twice to stay ahead of problems.

Merv, if you use a Dicor product you can't go wrong. For several years I've purchased my caulking material from here. I also get my Eternabond roof repair tape from the same place. Prices are right. Without going out and scrounging in the basement of the rig, I can't tell you the name of the caulk but they can tell you.

The one thing you DON'T want to do is use any type of caulk that has silicone in it when caulking around the roof.
