As a soldier I was stationed in Europe for 3.5 years; I would have had a very hard time getting back to anywhere on an annual basis to keep the account from going dormant. System is definitely broken -- now makes me wonder what the state of Kansas does????
Thanks for the post. Something else to keep track of for those who are full-timing away from their 'home' states where their accounts are.
